Trader Lynx retains the right to remove any listing that it deems necessary, without liability to the wholesaler/ advertiser. The information held on file for wholesalers will be deemed accurate by Trader Lynx, at no time shall trader lynx be hold responsible for the accuracy of information provided on the site. It is the responsibility of the wholesaler to keep us informed of any changes.
Any transactions between someone visiting the site of an advertiser shall fully be between the wholesaler and the buyer. At no time will Trader Lynx be liable. We are a directory listing and are no way connected to the businesses we list. As such Traderlynx, its owners or staff shall not be held liable for any damages from the use of this site. At no time do trader lynx accept that any data on this site is 100% acurate, also traderlynx does not take responsibility for any information given on the traderlynx site.
It is the wholesalers/advertisers responsiblity to ensure that any fee's due for listings of a business or the display of banners are paid promptly. Failure to make a payment on time may result in the account being suspended, until payment is made. All advertisements and listings will run their full course unless as point one it becomes necessary to remove a listing/banner. No monies are refundable.
All data except third party logos shall be deemed the property of Trader Lynx all rights being reserved. This directory is solely for the use of retailers searching for wholesalers. No recording or using this information than for other than it is intended is permitted. Any misuse of the site will be dealt with as a legal matter.
